Feature
In tough conditions, tiny differences make them bite.
T-Roll is a spoon designed to efficiently cover the zone from just below the surface down through the middle range in deeper ponds.
Near the surface, insects move actively, but once they sink a little deeper, their movement becomes much slower. Trout are very aware of these subtle differences.
With a conventional spoon, it is difficult to create a clearly different action from only a 10 cm change in depth. T-Roll addresses that by giving each weight its own carefully tuned shape, so even small range changes produce a distinct action.
T-Roll really comes into its own after the initial stocking bite fades, especially from the third rotation onward when the fish begin to settle down. In the video below, T-Roll is also used in the later part of the stocking round.
