Feature
Born from trout design. A spoon for targeting fish eaters.
First Order was originally developed as a stream-trout spoon. Its compact but thick body gives it excellent casting distance, allowing it to efficiently search a wide area with a small silhouette. Those same traits also work extremely well for bass and other fish eaters, so First Order for Bass adapts the concept with colors and settings better suited to bass fishing.
The small silhouette is especially effective in pressured fields or when fish are feeding on small bait. Even as a compact spoon, its dense body still provides strong casting distance, making it possible to reach offshore spots and break lines from shore.
The retrieve is simple. A long cast followed by a steady retrieve already produces a stable wobbling action. By changing retrieve speed, you can vary the strength of the action and cover everything from active bass to tougher conditions. Letting it sink a little after the cast also allows you to work from mid-depth down to the bottom.
With a compact silhouette and long-cast performance rooted in trout-spoon design, First Order for Bass is a small metal spoon built to search wide areas for bass and other fish eaters.
Shallow Range
3.6g
A lighter model suited to shallow ranges and slower presentations. It is effective when fish are feeding on small bait or when you want a natural presentation in pressured water. This is the size to choose when you want to carefully work the shallows on a slow retrieve.
All-Round Model
4.5g
The best-balanced reference size in the lineup. It offers a strong balance of casting distance, range control, and action, making it useful in a wide range of situations. If you are unsure where to start, begin with this size.
Long Cast & Deeper Range
5.4g
The heaviest model in the series. It is ideal when you want extra casting distance or need to work a slightly deeper range. This is the size for efficiently searching offshore break lines and wide areas.
Predator Metal Series
A bass metal series you can choose from by situation, built around four roles: long cast, mid-depth control, compact finesse, and big-fish search.

DOVE WF
