A ring opener and forceps combined, equipped with the Kokkun System. The ring stays held even when you release your hand during the task, making split-ring attachment to lures much easier. It also functions as a hook remover, barb crusher, and line cutter, so a single tool covers multiple jobs. A two-stage lock system is used, designed so the first stage locks lightly and the second stage locks more firmly.
